M2A3 Track Specialist/FSR 2.2


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctions on various systems of the M2A3 and M3A3, including the Hull, Turret, communications, armaments, Blue Force Trackers, and future upgrade systems.
  • Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and tests and make them available to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Departments.
  • Promote and teach quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency, in accordance with applicable Army Regulations and Technical Manuals.
  • Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, in line with customer guidance and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a safetyfirst mentality and maintain a culture of low accident rates and minimal losttime injuries.
  • Keep track of daily time sheets and manning reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Meet all installation access and security requirements.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 11 years of recent specialized experience inspecting and/or performing System of Systems maintenance on M2A2, M2A3, M3A3, and related system upgrades.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions on all systems of the M2A3 and M3A3, including:
  • Turret system (at least 5 years experience)
  • Engine VTA903T diesel engine
