Description

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our US marketing team based in Los Angeles.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Zenlayer's marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation efforts in the US and European markets.

The ideal will be a strong generalist and tactical executor, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth.

About Zenlayer:

Duties & Requirements:

Develop and execute a fullfunnel B2B demand generation strategy that effectively increases brand awareness and drives leads, opportunities, and pipeline
Plan and launch creative and engaging lead generation campaigns across all of Zenlayer's target segments and ICPs
Manage the digital strategy, focusing on Google Ads and Linkedin, and retargeting
Work closely with channel and partners teams to support field marketing efforts and drive awareness through events, happy hours, and virtual activations

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
Experience with a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
Experience with Wordpress or other landing page builders
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages our target audience
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
