We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our US marketing team based in Los Angeles.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Zenlayer's marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation efforts in the US and European markets.


The ideal will be a strong generalist and tactical executor, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth.


About Zenlayer:


Duties & Requirements:


  • Develop and execute a fullfunnel B2B demand generation strategy that effectively increases brand awareness and drives leads, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Plan and launch creative and engaging lead generation campaigns across all of Zenlayer's target segments and ICPs
  • Manage the digital strategy, focusing on Google Ads and Linkedin, and retargeting
  • Work closely with channel and partners teams to support field marketing efforts and drive awareness through events, happy hours, and virtual activations

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with Wordpress or other landing page builders
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages our target audience
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
