New Direction Capital, which provides virtual CFO services to its clients, is recruiting for an energetic and confident individual to join the team as a Company Administrator.

Working directly with the CEO, this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including payroll, accounts receivable, human resources, hiring support, personal assistant duties, organizing tasks, and handling special projects as assigned.

The Company Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing administrative functions efficiently and effectively while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Act as a personal assistant to company executives, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Take on special projects and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with exposure to payroll, accounts receivable, human resources, and hiring processes.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and other relevant software systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to drive and live within a 20 Minute commute of Media, PA
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
