    Description
    System One is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for an Engineering firm located in Tulsa, OK.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide honest and unbiased analysis and consultation on various land surveying related issues.

    Write and submit detailed and accurate reports on completed projects in a timely manner in accordance with company guidelines.

    Provide excellent customer service to both the company's internal and external customers.
    Analyze reports, maps, drawings, aerial photographs, and other topographic drawings to plan and design projects.
    Calculate cost, determine feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, and prepare detailed cost estimates.

    Meet with client periodically to coordinate changes, inform client of additional requirements, receive input from the client, answer client questions, and resolve issues.

    Coordinate project activity with appropriate officials, support staff, subcontractors, labs, and other entities.
    Track project progress and prepare reports of activity in accordance with regulations, company policy and client needs.
    Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare documents.
    Proficient at using word processing software such as Word.
    A working knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel is helpful.


    Job Requirements Applicant must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Oklahoma and Kansas or have ability to obtain a license in a short period of time.

    Must be extremely well organized with the ability to deliver fast and accurate turnaround times.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Must be team oriented and enjoy service-oriented type of work.
    Must have superior customer service skills.
    Must have excellent overall computer skills.
    Must have the ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
