Our client is an international real estate asset management company for institutional investors, operating from its main headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. Our client offers European investment opportunities in the form of real estate special funds. Other business areas include the development of investment strategies, including transaction management, as well as the valuation and management of real estate. The expertise is focused on the German and pan-European real estate markets.

Due to the growth of recent years, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Fund Accountant (m/f/d) on behalf of our client for their location in Frankfurt am Main. The role includes full responsibility and independent processing of all business transactions and their accounting within the fund accounting of the real estate funds. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for determining the unit price and reconciling fund prices
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with KAGB and HGB for open real estate funds and real estate special funds
  • Participation in (investor) reporting and financial reporting of the managed special assets
  • Contact person for fund accounting and investment-related balance sheet accounting of the managed funds
  • Liaison with auditors and external tax consultants
