Marketing Communications Specialist

Practical Training

Training location is our headquarters in Bad Hindelang. Vocational school classes in Munich (block schedule). Training duration is 3 years (possible to shorten).

Job Description and Training Content

  • Introduction to the basics of marketing
  • Strategy development (goal definition, action planning, major projects)
  • Organization of own projects (briefing, working with various service providers such as agencies, printers, photographers)
  • Event and trade show planning (preparation/execution, cost estimation, follow-up)
  • Customer training and events (research, scheduling, organization)
  • Print (catalog, brochure, and flyer printing)
  • Management of social media channels
  • Introduction to design programs such as Corel Draw, Power Point, and Word
  • Sponsorship
  • Public relations (press releases and advertisements in trade magazines)

Your Profile

Required education level

At least secondary school diploma
Preferably technical college entrance qualification

Your skills / Our requirements

  • Text formulation and design
  • Computer skills, possibly graphic programs and image editing
