"Kitas Kinderreich are two state-funded private childcare facilities in Munich. The Kinderkrippe Kinderreich consists of three groups for infants, while the Kita Kinderreich is a house for children with both an infant and a kindergarten group. Our goal is to provide children with a loving and respectful environment where they can develop their independence. We place great importance on creating a warm and close bond with the children and fostering a strong team dynamic.


We are looking for a colleague who will joyfully accompany the children on their journey and join our team as soon as possible, preferably in a full-time position, at our small and family-oriented Kitas.


Responsibilities:

  • Individual support and care for children according to our pedagogical concept and their interests
  • Facilitating transitions, such as the settlingin period or daily routines
  • Continuously developing our concept
  • Regular observation and documentation of children's development
  • Independently and responsibly taking on pedagogical and organizational tasks
  • Building a partnership with parents for education and upbringing
  • Collaboration with specialized services
  • Team development
  • Administrative work

Qualifications:

  • A staterecognized education as an educator
  • Or a completed degree in early childhood education, social work, social or educational sciences
  • Or a comparable education that qualifies you as a specialist
  • For international applicants, a minimum language level of C
  • Willingness for personal and professional development
  • Dedication to children and enjoyment of pedagogical
