- Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and psychosocial history
- Performs new patient consultations and routine follow-up care in collaboration with the physician, as appropriate
- Record symptoms
- Physically examine patients
- Order and interpret laboratory test results
- Maintain all necessary medical documentation of office visits and procedures performed
- Develop a treatment plan that may include medications, adjuvant therapies, and interventional pain procedures

- Master in Nursing
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Unrestricted Colorado NP license
- Current DEA certificate
