Position Summary:


The Analyst Rotation Program at Red Oak Sourcing is designed to offer recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations as it pertains to pharmaceutical sourcing.

This program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through these key areas, gaining hands-on experience, developing critical skills, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact our business operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in an 18month rotational assignment across finance, strategy, sourcing, and operations departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the development and execution of departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Engage in crossfunctional projects to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to departmental leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field (preferred not required)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous internship or work experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, or operations is a plus but not required.
