Your tasks:

  • Installation, administration, maintenance and support of the virtualization environment (VMware/MSHyperV) and the Windows server landscape, Active Directory, firewall, storage systems, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.), routers and switches.
  • IT client management (computers, mobile devices, printers and standard software), including procurement, installation, operation, maintenance and management of hardware and software.
  • Employee support in analyzing and resolving issues (ERP, CRM, CAD and standard software) in direct contact with users.
  • User training and implementation of new software solutions.
  • Management of communication systems.

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparable qualification.
  • You ideally have professional experience in the mentioned areas of responsibility.
  • You have knowledge of network systems and IT security.
  • Experience with administrative handling of ERP systems and database administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle) is advantageous.
  • You have very good English skills and can confidently apply them.
