JOB SUMMERY:

We are looking for a therapist to join our team. All therapists are contractors We are a small outpatient private practice located in Wheaton, IL. The majority of our clients request a Christian counselor as their therapist. We offer individual, couples, family, and child play therapy services.

• 50/50 Split for LPC/LSW
• 60/40 Split for LCPC/LCSW
• BCBS PPO or HMO health insurance options for all contractors (fulltime or parttime).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid IL state license to practice therapy.
• Pass a background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct an intake session for the first visit with the client to determine their need.
• Develop short treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical documentation. (All notes must be completed within 24 hours of seeing client).
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care by adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

SKILLS:

• Clinical counseling expertise to provide effective therapy sessions.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting
• Develop appropriate treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients

$55, $85,000.00 per year
