Are you interested in leading the model project "Kita Betreuung" and enjoy managing employees? Would you like to take on the leadership of a department in a modern aid organization with diverse areas of focus?


Then we are looking for you
in part-time (50%-60%) starting on March 1st, 2023 for our location in
East Dennis, MA.



Your tasks:
***- Establishment of the newly created play and care program for children aged three and above in the city of East Dennis, currently at 3 locations

  • Contact person for the municipality, kindergartens, and parents
  • Disciplinary and professional management of the care team
  • Creation of work schedules
  • Billing of services with parents and the city
  • Ensuring quality standards by developing concepts and training employees
