About The Role:


The Head of Partnerships is tasked with pioneering and leading our global partnerships and alliances initiative from the ground up.

This role is not just strategic but also hands-on, requiring a leader who can conceptualize, develop, and execute our partnership strategy.

This position represents a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our partnerships practice in a high-impact, SaaS-based organization within the office of the CFO domain.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and operationalize the global partnerships strategy, identifying key partners across ICVs, ERPs, cloud service providers, and financial institutions.
  • Establish and manage the framework for operations and programs within our partner ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual success.
  • Act as a strategic orchestrator for partnership operations, interfacing with senior stakeholders and maintaining robust operational cadence across global teams.
  • Spearhead crossfunctional efforts to fortify strategic and operational initiatives, enhancing collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Innovate our distribution model to embrace industry verticals, multiSKU portfolios, and integrated gotomarket strategies with partners.
  • Create a new GTM engine for Datarails that will drive new business and generate revenue.

What We Need:

  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in partner operations or strategic partnerships within the SaaS technology space, ideally with a focus on FP&A or other functions selling to the office of the CFO.
  • Demonstrated capability to build a partnerships practice from scratch, including strategy formulation, operational execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of leading through influence and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional program management skills, with a handson approach to tackling tasks, resolving challenges, and achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging and aligning various stakeholders towards common goals.

What We Offer:

  • Target OTE for this role is $ k (base salary ~150180k).Multiple factors, including prior experience, skill set, and location, determine final offer amounts.
