Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team in Salem. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, forecasting sales, and negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets. Additionally, the Account Executive will maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the textile industry or similar sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Prior experience in sales, account management, and customer service is preferred. Familiarity with financial statements and forecasting is also
