Director of Nursing (m/f/d) for our nursing home in Bad Königshofen, on behalf of one of the leading personnel service providers in the Medical & Health Care industry.

Your responsibilities:

Designing and optimizing work schedules
Providing professional guidance to employees
Managing nursing and care processes, taking into account professional, legal, and qualityrelated aspects
Participating in the development of concepts, standards, and methods
Respectful leadership, motivation, and retention of employees

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or pediatric nurse)
A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
Confident and customeroriented demeanor
Experience in leading teams
