Job Description Green Rabbit is an e-commerce grocery distributor leading the industry in cold chain solutions shipped straight to your door We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our Braintree, MA team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and an ability to accurately track and record cash flow.This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.
Responsibilities Maintains all accounts payableReconciles invoices with Purchase ordersEnsures invoices have been approved by the appropriate managerPosts invoices to proper accountsCompile/maintain new vendor applicationProcess all bills for payment and ensure all credits/discounts are takenMail out checks with matched invoicesReconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted forEfficiently manage the AP mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries from both vendors and internal stakeholdersPerforms other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field2-4 years in accounts receivableStrong understanding of the General Ledger system andStrong organizational, analytical, and recording skillsDetail orientedAdvanced experience in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
