The Site Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the MRO storeroom determining proper inventory levels methods analyzing spend to provide cost savings improvements collaborating with corporate departments on procurement systems integration customer invoicing vendor payments driving customer satisfaction building strong customer relationships ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-site supervision of all aspects of MRO storeroom management operations encompassing customer service supply chain management purchasing receiving inventory control following enforcing site SOP guidelines.
- Work through Category Managers to negotiate guarantees of stock non-stock items.
