2 Validation Specialists (m/f/d) / €4,547 per month + bonuses

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week


Purpose and objective of the position
Our goal is to bring people together who are a good fit for each other to solve tasks together.


For our renowned client in Biberach, we are currently looking for 2 Validation Specialists (m/f/d) as part of temporary employment.


Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

  • Creation of qualification documents for small devices in pharmaceutical development (solid forms and/or parenterals), such as scales.
  • Creation of user requirements for technical equipment according to specifications
  • Coordination of created qualification documents with the quality function
  • Onsite support for external companies, e.g. during the commissioning of new equipment.
  • Conducting qualification tests together with manufacturers and creating the corresponding documentation.
  • Collecting and filing technical documentation for new equipment
  • Processing change requests

Professional requirements

  • Completed degree (Master/Diploma) in an engineering discipline or food technology, or equivalent, alternatively technician with relevant work experience
  • Experience in qualifying technical equipment in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Technical understanding for conducting qualification projects
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and sense of responsibility, as well as structured work approach
  • Communication and teamwork skills, as well as high level of commitment
