Location:

This position is based in Sarasota, FL, serving patients in Venice, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:

Travel to patients' homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient's condition and home environment.
Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).

Qualifications:

Florida Occupational Therapy License (required).
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
CPR Certification (preferred).
Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred).
