Account Manager (m/w/d) for the airline catering sector

Responsibilities

Supporting customers through ongoing communication with national locations in operational and administrative matters

Coordinating internal departments in relation to customer requests and quality requirements

Conducting sales negotiations

Developing customer relationships

Tracking quality inspections and customer complaints

Ensuring cross-departmental offers and pricing

Preparing offer and presentation documents

Conducting product and concept presentations

Managing payment reminders and complaints

Planning and organizing special events for active customer care

Requirements

Degree and/or extensive professional experience in relevant areas, business administration, business administration, optional experience in sales support, customer service, etc.
