The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.

General Requirements

  • Develop and implement public relations and communication strategies to enhance the club's brand and reputation.
  • Manage media relations, including pitching stories and responding to media inquiries.
  • Plan and execute events to promote the club and attract new members.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and track industry trends and best practices.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and messaging.
  • Handle crisis communication and serve as a spokesperson for the club when necessary.
  • Manage and update the club's website and social media channels.
  • Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed about company news and updates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communication, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations experience and knowledge of best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication and PR strategies.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of club operations and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
