McDonald's is currently seeking a part-time or mini-job employee/driver for our social background service, Hausnotruf (m/w/d).

We, the Malteser, are a Catholic service company with a variety of social and charitable focuses, including social services, emergency services, transportation services, and education.

Our Malteser branches in Landau and Speyer offer elderly and sick individuals the opportunity and security to stay in their familiar home environment with the help of our Hausnotruf service, which allows them to call for assistance with the push of a button in case of emergency.

We are looking for a new team member to join our Kaiserslautern and surrounding areas team as a Hausnotruf employee (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include being on-call for the Hausnotruf service, providing individual and professional assistance to customers who have triggered an alarm, and making independent decisions about requesting additional help (emergency services, paramedics, fire department) in coordination with the Hausnotruf center.

You will also be responsible for documenting your actions according to our quality management guidelines and for the customer's apartment keys during an emergency, following Malteser-specific regulations.
