    Spectrum Properties is a 30 year- DFW based-family owned property management company that creates fun and enjoyable places to love and work. We own and manage our own properties, and we have one thing that sets us apart from the others –our people The Park Fountains/Fountains location is right in the heart of Preston Hollow in Dallas. The management team is responsible for 2 properties that sit adjacent to each other, and are managed out of one office. It is a joy to work at this location because residents are the best We have a stable team and wonderful people and it makes a difference Come and join our small but wonderful team and see why we love coming to work everyday

    As one of our Leasing Professionals your day is all about our Residents Being enthusiastic and creative while knowing what drives the market makes you a top-notch sales person Your people-loving soul, who is a home finding helper, makes you a hero

    So, here are a few of the things that we believe are essential to being the best Leasing Consultant there is:

    • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
    • Tour routes and models are important; You inspect to make sure they look their best
    • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
    • Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
    • Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
    • Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
    • Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
    • Familiarity with TAA Lease
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong writing, speaking and understanding the English language
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to work on 3 Saturdays a month
