Job Summary:
TS Foods provides food packaging and manufacturing solutions for our customers.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team to serve as the main point of contact for designated customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding production, scheduling, shipment and inventory.
- Work with production to create labels, spec sheets, and special instructions
- Participate in new product meetings to ensure customer specs are met
- Confirm customer inventory counts, invoicing and recordkeeping, troubleshoot receiving and shipping issues.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license to commute to other local offsite locations.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
