Job Summary:

TS Foods provides food packaging and manufacturing solutions for our customers.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team to serve as the main point of contact for designated customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding production, scheduling, shipment and inventory.
  • Work with production to create labels, spec sheets, and special instructions
  • Participate in new product meetings to ensure customer specs are met
  • Confirm customer inventory counts, invoicing and recordkeeping, troubleshoot receiving and shipping issues.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license to commute to other local offsite locations.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
