Description

Duties:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
  • Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Install or assemble new structures, fixtures, or equipment
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
