For our trading client in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a telephone customer service representative (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Answering written and telephone customer inquiries and orders in
    German and French:
  • Clarifying product questions
  • Processing correspondence through all communication channels
  • Maintaining master data
  • General back office tasks

Your profile:

  • Fluent language skills in French and German
  • Experience in telephone customer service
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner and enjoyment in helping customers with their concerns
  • Flexible working hours are a given for you
  • A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor completes your profile
