Registered Nurses to become a part of a great team.
We offer to help you pay your school loans TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM We provide home health professionals for the local area including Hawthorne, San Pedro, Torrance, Rancho Palos Verde, Lomita, Redondo Beach, Harbor City, Carson. Our home health jobs are for individuals who are truly committed to providing compassionate care to senior adults and those in need.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications Of The Registered Nurse:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state in which practicing.
- 1 years' nursing experience, preferred.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- OASIS experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities Of The Registered Nurse:
- Provide nursing care through all phases of care taking into consideration and developmental needs
- Treat patients accordingly as approved by the physician.
- Perform periodic reevaluation of the patient as necessary and makes adjustments in the patient's treatment program.
- Provide treatment to patients per protocols
- Utilize OASIS assessment and documentation.
- Facilitate timely discharge based on goals and in accordance with client policies and procedures
- Educate and instructs the patient, patient's family and other staff as required.
- Counsel the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Supervise and teaches LVN's, HHA's as required for patient care according to law and regulations.
- Document all care, intervention and care coordination per law, regulation and agency policy.
- Notify patient's physician and responsible staff of significant changes in a timely manner.
- Assist Supplemental Health Care in determining skill and specialties.
