Join the team at one of Southern California's longest standing Family-Owned vehicle retailers, serving the Coachella Valley and beyond since 2002.


We are seeking a customer service professional to offer a premium experience in providing requested information to Palm Springs Subaru patrons that have expressed interest in new Subaru or quality pre-owned vehicle ownership.

Furthermore, part of this positions responsibility entails coordinating prospective Subaru and/or quality pre-owned vehicle owner visits to our store location for an expert-guided vehicle features presentation and complete driving experience with a Palm Springs Subaru product specialist.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Palm Springs Subaru with dedicated workspace, tools, and training provided by the company.

Applicant targeted is computer savvy, punctual, coachable, and can communicate well via over-the-phone, SMS/text and eMail messaging. While prior customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Available 8-Hour shifts alternate between morning and afternoon, weekdays and weekends.

This position provides opportunity for growth within the company.

Palm Springs Subaru is a part of a vehicle retailer network that offers vehicle sales, leasing, as well as maintenance and repair across multiple brands throughout Southern California.

Take advantage of the available Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, and Paid Time Off benefits. Annual starting base pay of $33,280 presented for this role is calculated on hourly rate over 40-hour work weeks. Bonus earnings opportunity is available monthly.

Responsibilities include:


  • Generate appointments for prospective customers.
  • Use our CRM tool to track customer inquiries.
  • Collect accurate customer info, log phone calls, and schedule followups.
  • Communicate promptly with new customers to address inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager and sales team.
  • Stay updated on product info by attending training sessions as needed.

  • Must be 18+ & have a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be capable of walking up and down two flights of stairs multiple times a day.
  • Must be able to tolerate heat within vehicles for short periods of time.
