Milton, IA 'Prodest GmbH has been a licensee of "Expense Reduction Analysts" for several years - one of the world's leading management consultancies in procurement and cost management.

We are currently seeking a full-time (minimum 30 hours/week) team member to join our team in Bremen.

Position:
Sales Support Representative / Telephone Appointment Setter (B2B)


Responsibilities:

  • Directly contacting customers in the corporate environment at executive level
  • Setting up telephone appointments for our partners
  • Researching suitable leads and contacts from databases and the internet
  • Updating and maintaining all relevant customer data in our CRM systems
  • Planning and implementing measures for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones

Qualifications:

  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact via telephone
  • Commercial training or equivalent knowledge
  • Confident communication on the phone and via email with executives, department heads, and managers
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of a common CRM system is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • High level of commitment and performance orientation
