Responsibilities:

- Work with different materials such as tile, concrete, and metal for roofing projects
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in using power tools for roofing tasks
- Knowledge of plumb techniques for accurate roof installations
- Experience in trim carpentry for finishing details on roofs
- Ability to restore damaged roofs to their original condition
- Familiarity with masonry work related to roofing projects
- Skill in reading blueprints and schematics for roof layout planning
- Competence in using hand tools effectively during roofing operations
- Experience in tile laying for specific roofing designs

- Cold SBS systems
- PMMA liquid applied roofing
- Bituthene wayerproofing
- Light sheetmetal work
Must Have:
- Osha 30
- SST 10
- D/L license is preffered
Salary to be discussed based upon job experience.
3-5 yr experience necessary
401k after 1 year

$ $35.00 per hour
