Administrative Coordinator

Then join our work family Wisconsin Home Improvement / Wisconsin Insulation Services is located in Menomonee Falls, we are growing and we have an immediate part-time opening for an energetic, organized and eager administrative coordinator.

This position consists of various administrative tasks with a lot of room for advancement


Schedule:
Monday - Friday (4 hours a day)

Example: 10:00 - 2:00, 11:00 - 3:00?


Starting Pay and Benefits:
$20.00- $25.00

  • Weekly direct deposit payroll
  • Paid holidays
  • Working with awesome people

Responsibilities:


  • Answering the phones
  • Speak with customers, builders and thirdparty contractors
  • Entering new clients in the computer system
  • Submitting Focus On Energy Applications for our customers
  • Submitting our customers information to PEARL
  • Entering data
- scan documents into JobPro


Required for This Position:


  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills over the phone
  • Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Calm, Fun, Positive attitude
