Administrative Coordinator

Then join our work family Wisconsin Home Improvement / Wisconsin Insulation Services is located in Menomonee Falls, we are growing and we have an immediate part-time opening for an energetic, organized and eager administrative coordinator.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (4 hours a day)
Example: 10:00 - 2:00, 11:00 - 3:00?
Starting Pay and Benefits:
$20.00- $25.00
- Weekly direct deposit payroll
- Paid holidays
- Working with awesome people
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones
- Speak with customers, builders and thirdparty contractors
- Entering new clients in the computer system
- Submitting Focus On Energy Applications for our customers
- Submitting our customers information to PEARL
- Entering data
Required for This Position:
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Professionalism
- Strong customer service skills over the phone
- Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Calm, Fun, Positive attitude
