Responsibilities:

Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience by:

• Having a can do attitude
• Speaking in a friendly and enthusiastic tone
• Possessing integrity
• Being punctual
• Guiding guests through menus while utilizing knowledge of the food, beverages to up sell
• Taking accurate orders
• Completing opening and closing duties to prepare the restaurant for service
• Manicuring the dining room to maintain a guest ready appearance
• Cash handling
• Cross training with other in store positions

Requirements:

• Reliable and capable of working independently or following specific directives
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to selfmanage timelines and deadlines
• Excellent multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and followthrough
• Good judgment and strong sense of integrity
• Excellent organization skills and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
• Ability to lift 25lbs and reasonable range of motion such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, stirring, lifting to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities
