- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop procurement strategies for talent acquisition.
- Source and evaluate recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors.

- Identify potential vendors and partners for various goods and services required by the organization.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, financial stability, and reputation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on procurement metrics, including spend analysis, cost savings, and vendor performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments of vendors and procurement activities to mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual terms, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on recruitment, HR services, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using procurement software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Description
LHH is currently partnering with an organization in the Washington, DC area looking to bring on a Procurement Analyst supporting Recruiting and Vendor Partnerships. This is an ongoing temporary role for the next 6+ months. The position will offer a hybrid schedule and the pay will range between $23-$28 per hour based on experience. As a Procurement Analyst specializing in Recruitment, Human Resources, and Vendor Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the procurement process aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for talent acquisition, HR services, and vendor partnerships. This includes sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
