Position SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and detailed Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Development to join our growing organization.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Executive Director, this role will be responsible for implementing donor strategy, managing engagement with high profile current and potential donors, crafting compelling messaging that advances our fundraising goals, and contributing directly to project development.
The position is a tremendous opportunity to implement a multi-year fundraising strategy and join a team of passionate and talented people who are dedicated to helping flood-affected communities adapt and thrive.
