Description

You:

  • Create the company's development plan and are responsible for achieving set goals
  • Also responsible for market and customer analysis
  • Work on creating board presentations
  • Responsible for multi-project management, implementing strategy, additional transformation projects, and evaluating progress and risks

You:

  • Have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of relevant work experience - preferably in sales, production management, and/or strategy department
  • Have a strong affinity for the automotive industry and comprehensive knowledge of the automotive market, segments, and competitors, as well as a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrate strategic competence and operational drive, as well as accuracy and precision in creating board presentations
  • Bring high flexibility when facing different thematic challenges
  • Have strong analytical skills and a drive for innovation
  • Possess team spirit and enjoy working and thinking across departments
  • Have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
