- Develop and maintain relationships with members of the community.
- Effectively communicate with landowners and community organizations to resolve questions related to Olympus's activities.
- Implement community relations, community investment, and Olympus' employee volunteer program.
- Plan, organize and conduct town halls, special events, and other community engagement meetings.
- Develop and execute written materials such as landowner updates, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.

Olympus Energy LLC ("Olympus") is seeking a motivated team member for the position of Communications Specialist for its Pittsburgh area office (with remote/hybrid schedule potential). This position will be responsible for communicating with employees, the public, and landowners, implementing community and volunteer outreach programs, organizing events, and providing content for Olympus' website and social media sites.

· Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
· Preferred: two years of related experience
