    Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Shenandoah, LA

    Location: Shenandoah, LA 70817
    Salary: $40-50/hr

    Join our Shenandoah team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate and expert care directly to patients in their homes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Administer a variety of infusion therapies with precision and attention to detail.
    • Monitor patient responses closely, adjusting care plans as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in adherence to healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

    Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
    • Active LA nursing license.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Willingness to travel locally within Shenandoah and surrounding areas.
    • Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
    • Dedication to serving the Shenandoah community with compassion and professionalism.

    Additional Information:

    • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
    • Schedule: Day shifts, including weekends.
    • Pay: $40-50/hr, commensurate with experience.
    • Benefits: Flexible schedule, opportunities for professional growth and development.
    • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred).
    • License/Certification: RN and BLS Certification (Preferred).
    • Work Location: Multiple locations in Shenandoah, LA and surrounding areas.
