MS creates holes in everyday life. This was the motto for World MS Day 2015. With our interdisciplinary team, we aim to fill these holes and help our clients to live as independently as possible.
Our outpatient services currently provide care and support for approximately 60 people.

We provide individualized support for personal care, mobility, household tasks, and everything else that everyday life demands. This also includes participation in social, cultural, and sports activities.

It is important to us to have an open ear for the concerns and needs of our clients and to work together to find solutions that support them on their life journey and provide necessary security while promoting maximum self-determination.

With specialized knowledge about the disease multiple sclerosis and familiarity with aids that make life easier for clients and caregivers, we have been supporting people in the San Jose area for over 25 years.

And last but not least: everyone on our professionally trained team is passionate about their work.
