We are expanding our fleet, which means we need more team members to take care of our growing customer base.

That's why we are looking for you to join our customer care team as a Customer Care Agent (w/m/x).

Your responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for all our customers
You will assist our customers in resolving any issues related to ongoing rentals, our vehicles, app features, and payment options
You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email in our service center, working in shifts to ensure quick resolution
You will quickly identify and escalate any issues with the app or vehicles to our shift managers
You will support us in administrative tasks and communication with external partners (e.g. authorities, collection agencies, or insurance companies)

What you bring:

You are a problem solver and enjoy providing guidance to customers
You have excellent communication skills and outstanding manners
You are familiar with customer support software
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English knowledge of additional languages (preferably French or Dutch) is a plus
You have a positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment

Why MILES?

You will receive a monthly gross salary of €2,370.00, plus performancebased bonuses and additional pay for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
Our shift schedule is planned four weeks
