Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain legal documents and case files
  • Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal documents
  • Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy
  • Transcribe legal proceedings and correspondence
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for litigation
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in iManage or similar document management software
  • Familiarity with legal case management procedures
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and processes
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Clerical experience in a legal setting is a plus

Pay:
$ $24.10 per hour
