Direct Hire Opportunity to join a 100% employee owned leading Electrical contractor working onsite near Lucid Motors in Casa Grande. Client established in 1984

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting Superintendent on assigned projects to ensure project success and profitability.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project participants and ensure cohesive flow and distribution of project administration and requirements.
Ability to participate in walk-throughs providing quotes and estimates in a timely manner for items out of GC scope
Review and distribute Submittals, RFIs, maintain Logs and all material and equipment procurement in correlation to baseline schedule.
Monitor and manage contract drawing revisions and maintain record drawings for as-built documentation.
Recognize and manage project changes/revisions with cost and schedule impacts. Includes receiving, reviewing and preparing change orders
Review and understand specification requirements for closeout documentation at project completion.

Qualifications:

Ability to read drawings and specifications.
Great organization and time management skills
Familiarity with Procore and other Project Tools
Microsoft Office Products (Excel)
