We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence of Skilled Nursing Facilities and engage with our target audience.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's online presence and drive growth through effective social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok
- Monitor social media trends, stigmatise best practices, and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling video content for social media platforms
- Assist with video editing, proofreading, and graphic design tasks as needed
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, advertising, and public relations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience running paid social media campaigns is a plus
Pay:
$ $23.03 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
