We are looking for a Technical Support (w/m/d) to join the support team of our subsidiary company Nissen & Velten Software GmbH at our Stockach location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to both new and existing customers for our ENVenta product.

Nissen & Velten Software is a leading employer in the IT industry. Your responsibilities

• You will work in a motivated team that efficiently and effectively resolves customer inquiries, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction

• You will not only receive support requests, but also classify and analyze them in depth

• You will assist with questions regarding installation
