Description
As an Airline Ground Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and hassle-free experience for our passengers from the moment they step into the airport until they board their flight


Your responsibilities will include:
-
Passenger Assistance: Greet passengers, check them in, issue boarding passes, and check luggage as needed.

Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, including baggage screening, and maintaining a secure airport environment.

Communication: Liaise with passengers, flight crews, and other airport personnel to provide information and assistance.

Baggage Handling: Safely transport, load, and unload passenger luggage, including oversized or special items.

Gate Services: Prepare and manage the boarding process, assist passengers with seating, and facilitate on-time departures.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues professionally.


Requirements:


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Airline work experience preferred
  • Airline reservation system experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to interact effectively with others
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Flexibility of schedule is a must
  • This position will often require working nights, weekends and holidays

Pay:
