- Manage and coordinate preparation of federal, state and local income/franchise tax returns
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
- Respond to notices from various taxing jurisdictions
- Participate in tax audits by gathering supporting documentation, preparing supporting workpapers and drafting responses
- Conduct tax research on as needed basis
- Responsible for timely account reconciliations and required entries for all direct tax accounts
- Monitor and interpret tax law changes and the impact on tax positions and calculations
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Assist with compliance related to our foreign locations by coordinating with foreign advisors
- Coordinate with service providers on preparation of foreign tax returns
- College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a accounting related field or equivalent work experience
- You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in direct tax
- Experience with International Tax Compliance
- Strong Skills working within ERP Systems (EX: Avalara, Intacct)
- Passion for learning

- Ability to collaborate and solve problems individually and as a team
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
