Information Technology Support Technician
California Closets NY seeks a junior level IT professional to become an integral part of our IT team. Come help us maintain a solid technical infrastructure that will help support our growth. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of IT/Marketing.

Responsibilities:

IT support for desktop, laptop, mobile, printers, and other networkattached devices
Create, document, and maintain business continuity practices using IT ticketing system
This position will require 20%30% travel to our other locations.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP
Mobile device expertise iOS and Android
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud products: O365, SharePoint
Knowledge of LAN, internet, and computer security
Associate's degree preferred.

Personal Qualifications:

Clean, professional, and friendly personality
Organized selfstarter who can handle multiple competing priorities without a lot of supervision.
Experienced phone manners and patience

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
