Your main responsibility will be to maintain a strong control environment and promote a culture of transparency within your assigned project portfolio.


This role serves as a bridge between the operational and financial functions of the organization, making it ideal for individuals who have a track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a matrixed environment or as a business partner to operational teams.

This position offers a hybrid work model, with occasional project site visits required during critical stages of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the financial lead for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success
  • Provide project forecast preparation, analysis, and reporting
  • Work with the execution team to minimize budget and schedule deviations and improve project profitability
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities for the project
  • Monitor project financial projections and ensure accuracy
  • Review contracts and manage change orders to drive favorable financial results
  • Present project financial performance to senior management on a monthly basis
  • Attend project team meetings to ensure commitments are met
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance processes
  • Accurately book order intake and monitor revenue recognition
  • Optimize project cash flow
