Engineering Tech
to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. The pay starts at $25/hour and the hours are Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 10 pm. Included isa competitive employee benefits package, includingbonus, health plan, and matching 401K.
Engineering Tech Responsibilities:
Supporting SMT assembly processes and equipment
Performing equipment maintenance
Perform equipment and process validation
Support production teams
Train operators as necessary
Supporting pilot builds
Assures product and process quality by testing product and process capabilities and confirming manufacturing processes
Providing backup assistance to the rest of the engineering team when needed
Other various tasks as needed to support customer requirements
Overtime may be required as needed
Engineering Tech Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Post high school training in electronics manufacturing desired
Minimum of 5 years of circuit board assembly experience
Minimum 3 years supporting state-of-the-art SMT equipment
Thorough knowledge of solder screen printing
Thorough knowledge of SMT, thru-hole and other assembly soldering processes
Advanced knowledge of electronic components packaging types as they relate to PWA processes
This is a full-time, on-site position and cannot be supported remotely
