- Assist in the conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models, interior and exterior renderings, and presentation materials
- Develop space planning, site design, and building massing studies in compliance with code, zoning, and budget constraints
- Prepare presentations for active projects, marketing pursuits, or internal research
Experience + Qualifications:
- A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Very efficient with the following design skills and software: 3D Modeling (SketchUp and/or Rhino); Rendering
- Lumion; Postprocessing
- Photoshop and Illustrator; Presentations
- InDesign
- Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills
- Site design and zoning analysis capabilities preferred
