- Convert print designs into dynamic web-compatible formats.
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Editor to implement designs using HTML and CSS, ensuring proper layout, typography, and styling.
- Adhere to established design guidelines and collaborate with the digital content team to develop and refine guidelines tailored for web assets.
- Optimize images for the web to achieve a balance between quality and file size for improved loading times and performance.
- Ensure web assets follow accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are optimized for various screen sizes, resolutions, and devices.
- Conduct thorough QA testing to identify and address design or functionality issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and usability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Formal education or work experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
